1965 Volkswagen Beetle

Introducing to you is this oldie but a goodie! This Sea Blue 1965 Volkswagen Beetle is a testament to Volkswagens quality and longevity. There are bumps and bruises that she her age and yet somehow it doesn't take away from her beauty. Looking under the chassis there isn't any rust. There was a patch put in years ago in the battery tray area. Under the Passenger window, down by the running board there is rust. However the heating channels are in tacked and the heat works very well. All electrical works great! The car still retains it's original 40 horse engine and it runs like a clock! This is a great daily driver for someone who want's to feel what it was like driving in the 60's. The interior presents itself nicely and there is no tears on the headliner. Even the dome light turns on when you open the door!. No this is not a concours car. This is a solid car that can be driven everyday or on weekends. You can take it to the next level if you want but we seam to think its battle scars make this car what it is and would leave it as it is.
